果园桥水厂变频调速恒压供水存在的问题及改进措施

Problems and Solutions to Variable Frequency Speed Control Constant Pressure Water Supply System in Guoyuanqiao Water Treatment Plant

摘要 以果园桥水厂变频调速恒压供水为例,分析了造成其配水单耗高、水泵效率低的原因,并对变频调速恒压供水系统从硬件和软件两方面进行改进。结果表明,改进后的变频调速恒压供水系统降低了水厂的用电单耗,提高了用电效率。 Taking the variable frequency speed control constant pressure water supply system in Guoyuanqiao Water Treatment Plant for example, the causes for high unit consumption for water distribution and low efficiency of water pump were analyzed. The hardware and software of the variable frequency speed control constant pressure water supply system were improved. The results showed that the improved variable frequency speed control constant pressure water supply system could make up for the defect of variable frequency speed control constant pressure water supply technology, reduce the electricity consumption and improve the electricity efficiency.
