头孢曲松致免疫性溶血的文献分析

Literature Analysis of Immune Hemolytic Induced by Ceftriaxone

目的:探讨头孢曲松致免疫性溶血的相关性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和维普中文科技期刊数据库中有关头孢曲松致免疫性溶血的相关文献并进行循证分析。结果:对于儿童、老年和有基础疾病及免疫功能较差的患者,头孢曲松有致严重的免疫性溶血的可能。结论:儿童、老人和有基础疾病的患者建议临床谨慎使用头孢曲松,且密切观察患者临床症状。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the correlation between the use of ceftriaxone and immune hemolytic. METHODS：Retrieved from PubMed,CNKI and VIP,related literatures about immune hemolytic reaction induced by ceftriaxone were collected and analyzed by evidence-based medicine. RESULTS：Children,the elderly and the patients with other primary disease had poor immune function and possibly suffered from immune hemolytic reaction-induced ceftriaxone. CONCLUSIONS：Children,the elderly and the patients with other primary disease should use ceftriaxone carefully and observe clinical symptom closely.
