武警防暴头盔舒适性的实证研究

Empirical study on the comfortableness of CAPF's riot helmets

目的分析防暴头盔的舒适性影响因素,降低官兵佩戴防暴头盔的疲劳感,提高部队战斗力。方法以武警某院校552名男性士兵学员为调查对象,采用问卷调查的形式和主观评定客观分析的方法。结果头盔重量感觉、头顶压力分布、头盔通风散热、内衬接触冷暖感、内衬黏附感、内衬吸湿、外物撞击头盔时对头部的震动、头盔空间布局8项因素降低了头部的舒适性。心理因子、负荷因子、热湿因子、接触因子4项公因子中,热湿因子是影响防暴头盔舒适性的最显著因子,负荷因子是次显著因子。结论防暴头盔的舒适性问题主要是热舒适性问题,应重视热环境下佩戴头盔给士兵带来的负面影响。

Objective To reduce the feeling of fatigue of armed police forces while wearing riot helmets by analyzing the comfort factors of riot helmet,so as to raise the battle effectiveness of the army.Methods 552 male soldier students from an academy of CAPF were choosed as the research object,and adopted the methods of questionnaire,subjective evaluation and objective analysis.Results 8factors reduced the comfortableness of head,that were the feeling of helmet＇s weight,helmet ventilation pressure distribution,ventilation and thermal dissipation of helmet,the warm and cool feeling of lining,sense of adhesion of lining,moisture absorption of lining,head shaking while helmet impacted by object,helmet space layout.The psychological factor,load factor,thermal and moisture factor and the contact factor were 4common factors,while thermal and moisture factor was the most significant factor affecting the comfort of riot helmet and load factor was second.Conclusions The comfort problem of riot helmet is thermal comfort problem to some extent.Negative effects from wearing riot helmets in thermal environment should be valued.
