唐代以道教为国教,为弘扬道教,统治者采取了一系列推崇道教的措施,道举乃是其中的一种。道举制度作为唐代科举制度的重要组成部分和唐代崇道的重要措施,它的兴衰反映了道教在唐代的发展历程。

Taoism is the national religion of Tang Dynasty. To promote Taoism,the rulers take some actions of which is daoju. Daoju system is the main part of the imperial examination test of Tang Dynasty and the action to promote Taoism. Its rise and fall reflects the developing process of Taoism in Tang Dynasty.
