摘要
对秦巴山区五月份柿叶用石油醚提取、水蒸气蒸馏提取其中脂溶性挥发性物质,并用GC/MS/DS联用技术测定其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。分离出26种组分,鉴定出26种化合物,其中有21种含氧化合物,其在挥发性成分中的质量分数为84.237%。以4-甲基-2.6-二特丁基苯酚(39.967%)、植烯醇(6.831%)、2-甲氧基-3-丙烯基-苯酚(4.578%)为主。同时对其抗氧化活性进行考察。结果表明柿叶中的挥发油有较强的抗氧化活性。旨在为柿叶中挥发油的研究及利用提供实验参考。
These volatile components contained in Persimmon Leaves in may from Qin-ba mountain ,was extracted by petroleum ether,steam distillation, the components of their volatile components were separated and structurally identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, the relative contents of these components by the peak-area normalization method adopted in gas chromatography, 26 components were separated and 26 components were identified. There are 21 compounds, the oxygen containing chemical compounds occupy 84.237 %of the total.They are Phenol,4-methyl-2.6-ditertbutyl-,Phytol,Phenol,2-methoxyl-3-propenyl-, their content are 39.967%,6.831%,4.578%respectively.While the investigation of antioxidant showed that they had obvious action to antioxidation activities. It aimed to provide to experimental basis for research and utilization of Persimmon Leaves.
