摘要 根据来源不同可将植物功能性食品分为中草药来源的功能性食品、果蔬来源的功能性食品、茶叶及香辛料来源的功能性食品、油料作物来源的功能性食品。本文对当前植物功能性食品研究的现状及发展中存在的问题做一简要综述,为研发植物源功能性食品提供参考。 According to the sources,plant functional food can be divided into herbs source,fruits and vegetables source,tea and spices source and oil-bearing crops source. This paper summarizes the latest progress and the prombles in the development of plant functional food,which may provide a reference for the research of plant functional food in the future.
