浑浊易沉淀液体样品总有机碳测定方法 被引量:1

An improved method to measure TOC for turbid and easily precipitating liquid samples

摘要 改良了一种针对浑浊易沉淀液体的总有机碳(TOC)检测方法(固体NPOC法),并验证了该方法的可靠性与准确性,优化了该方法中样品的预处理过程,通过实际样品进一步验证了该方法检测浑浊易沉淀液体样品TOC的准确性。结果表明:此方法与标准液体的NPOC法均可用于可溶性葡萄糖溶液的TOC测定,其准确度无显著性差异(P>0.05);但测定浑浊易沉淀的不溶性淀粉标准溶液时,液体NPOC法所测定的值明显小于标准值和固体NPOC法的测定结果,且淀粉浓度越大,差异越明显;对样品进行盐酸酸化,其pH值低于4即可,总进样体积以200μL或300μL为佳。 The TOC testing method for turbid and easily precipitating liquid samples(solid NPOC method) was improved and its reliability and accuracy were verified.The pretreated processes of this method were optimized and the accuracy of the method for turbid and easily precipitating samples by testing the actual sample was further validated.The results show that the improved method and standard liquid NPOC method can be used for measuring TOC of soluble glucose solution and there were no significant differences (P>0.05) of their accuracy.However,when testing the standard insoluble starch solution which is turbid and easily precipitating,the result of the liquid NPOC method was significantly less than that of the solid NPOC method and standard value.And with the greater concentration of the starch solution,the difference between the two methods was more obvious.The results of optimizing the pretreated processes show that the sample should be acidified to pH less than 4 with hydrochloric acid,and the total sample volume was preferably 200 μL or 300 μL.
