Practice and exploration on constructing teaching-operational laboratory in tourism education

结合华侨大学旅游实验教学中心建设经验,介绍了旅游类教学-经营型实验室的建设模式。强调开展项目前期调研、编制项目实施计划的重要性,强调在项目实施与管理中要注意建设资金多元化、工程设计专业化、项目施工标准化。实践表明:基于项目管理的旅游类教学-经营型实验室建设模式具有可行性,其综合效益显著。

Combining the successful construction experience of the center for experimental education of tourism of Huaqiao University,this article introduces the construction pattern of the teaching operational laboratory in tourism education.It is important to carry out the prophase investigation and formulate the project implementation plan.Also,much more attention should be paid to the diversification of construction funds,the specialization of engineering design,and the standardization of project construction in the project implementation and management.The result shows that the construction mode of the teaching operational laboratory in tourism education based on Project Management Theory is feasible and the comprehensive benefit is remarkable.
