摘要
老年志愿者是非常重要的人力和社会资源。研究老年志愿者的意义在于充分利用老年人的潜能解决社会问题,并促进老年人群健康。本文介绍了老年志愿者活动的研究现状、常用的理论、相关因素以及对健康的影响,旨在为今后我国老年志愿者的发展提供科学依据。
Elderly volunteers are very important human and social resources. The significance of studying elderly volun-teers lies in harnessing the untapped potential of elderly adults to address societal needs and to improve health of the aged groups. This article reviews status quo,commonly used theories,related factors and health influence of the elderly volunteering activities,aiming to provide scientific evidence for its future development.
