摘要 目的介绍近年来国内中药有效成分的常用提取工艺的研究进展。方法查阅相关文献并分析、归纳。结果介绍几种中药有效成分的常用提取工艺,包括超临界流体萃取技术、酶分离提取技术、超声提取技术、微波提取技术的原理和特点,以及其在中草药化学成分研究中现状及应用。结论常用提取新工艺具有诸多优点,是提取中药有效成分的发展方向之一,将促使中药提取分离水平达到分子级别。 Objective To review the domestic research progress in commonly used extraction technology of the active ingredients of tra-ditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) in recent years. Methods The relevant literatures were consulted, summarized and analyzed. Results The several kinds of commonly used extraction technology of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine were introduced, in-cluding the principle and characteristics of the supercritical fluid extraction, enzyme separation and extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction technology, and their status quo and application in the study of chemical components of Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion The commonly used extraction new technologies possess many advantages, which is one of the development direc-tion for extracting the TCM effective components and will promote Chinese medicine extraction and separation level to reach the molec-ular level.
