安徽省产业结构高级化与城市化联动发展研究

On the Coordinated Development Between Upgrading of Industrial Structure and Urbanization of Anhui Province

基于中国工业化、城市化快速发展的大背景,以安徽省产业结构高级化与城市化为研究对象,采用产业结构层次系数来描述产业结构高级化状况,并通过它对安徽省产业结构高级化和城市化发展联动性关系及协调发展进行实证分析,得出安徽省产业结构高级化在与城市化发展联动性关系中占主导地位的结论,产业结构高级化是城市化发展的格兰杰原因,两者协调等级实现了初级协调到中级协调的提升,但距离优质协调尚需要一定的缓冲期。因此,从调整农业结构、优化工业结构、大力发展服务业和加强基础设施建设四个方面入手对推进安徽省城市化进程和两者的联动发展意义重大。

Based on the background of rapid development of China＆#39;s industrialization and urbanization ,the urbanization and upgrading of industrial structure of Anhui Province are researched in this thesis ,using the coefficients of industrial structure .Then ,empirical analysis of the coordinated development between the up-grading of industrial structure and the urbanization is made .The results show that the upgrading of industri-al structure takes the leading role in the relationship of the two .The upgrading of industrial structure is the Granger cause of urbanization .Moreover ,the coordinated level has been developed from the elementary to the intermediate ,yet ,there still exists gap to the excellent coordination .Hence ,it is of great significance to promote the urbanization of Anhui Province and the coordination from the following four aspects ：adjusting agricultural construction ,optimizing industrial structure ,developing the service industry and strengthening the construction of infrastructure .
