摘要
以某中低品位硅钙质胶磷矿为试验矿样,采用双反浮选工艺流程,通过对单因素条件的考察和优化,得到了合适的双反浮选流程工艺条件。在该工艺条件下,品位为22.38%的原矿经过闭路浮选试验,可获得品位为30.93%、回收率为83.65%的磷精矿。
According to the characteristics of phosphate rock, a double reverse process was adopted. The suitable double reverse process was obtained by single factor experiments. By using double reverse flotation process,the grade of the ore was eventually improved from 22.38% to 30. 93% in a closed circuit with the P2O5 recovery of 83.65%.
