清热退黄口服液对慢性肝病患者肝功能的影响

Effect of Qingretuihuang oral liquid on the treatment of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis

目的观察清热退黄口服液对慢性肝病患者肝功能的影响。方法将124例慢性肝病患者随机分为2组,均予门冬氨酸钾镁注射液静脉滴注及维生素C口服治疗。治疗组63例加用清热退黄口服液,对照组61例加用复方垂盆草颗粒。2组均15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后检测2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP),并观察临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、TBiL较治疗前均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),γ-GT、ALP虽下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后ALT、AST均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),TBiL、γ-GT、ALP变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后各指标比较比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组总有效率79.36%,对照组59.01%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论清热退黄口服液可明显改善慢性肝病患者各项肝功能指标,优于常用药物复方垂盆草颗粒。

Objective To observe the curative effect for the treatment of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis with pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation - Qingretuihuang oral liquid. Methods 124 patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups, both of them were treated by intravenous drip of Potassium - magnesium aspartate injection and oral vitamin C. Qingretuihuang Oral liquid treatment group 63 examples, the control group with 61 cases with Chuipencao granule. Two groups were 15 days for a period of treatment, the liver function and clinical curative effect were observed after 2 courses of treatment. Resuits After treatment ,the ALT,AST,TBiL,γ- GT and ALP of two groups both have reduced in varying degrees. The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of control group. The total effectiveness in treatment group is 79.36% ,and 59.01% in control group. The total effective rate of two groups to compare difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the curative effect treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Qingretuihuang oral liquid has a significant effect on hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, and the effect was superior to that of Chuipencao granule.
