胎儿宫内生长发育迟缓与血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素及胎盘异铁蛋白水平的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between fetal intrauterine growth restriction and serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and placental isoferritin

摘要 目的:探讨胎儿宫内生长发育迟缓(IUGR)与血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及胎盘异铁蛋白(PLF)之间的关系。方法:从该院2009年1月~2013年12月收治的胎儿IUGR患者中随机选择75例进行研究,将这75例患者设为观察组,并选择80例正常孕妇作为对照组。检测两组的HCG及PLF水平,并进行比较。结果:对两组研究对象的年龄、孕周等各项临床资料进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。在HCG和PLF水平方面,两组研究对象之间差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。观察组较对照组HCG显著上升,PLE显著下降。经Logistic回归分析,PLF与HCG水平和胎儿IUGR之间呈显著负相关(t=-0.543,P〈0.05)。结论:胎儿IUGR与血清HCG及PLF水平之间存在一定的关系,临床可以通过对孕妇血清HCG及PLF水平的检测对胎儿IUGR辅助诊断。 Objective: To explore the relationship between fetal intrauterine growth restriction( IUCR) and serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin( hCG) and placental isoferritin( PLF). Methods: A total of 75 cases with fetal IUGR treated in the hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were randomly selected as observation group,80 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. The levels of hCG and PLF in the two groups were detected and compared. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in clinical data( age,gestational weeks,and so on) between the two groups( P〈0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in the levels of hCG and PLF between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Compared with control group,hCG level increased significantly,while PLF level decreased significantly. The levels of PLF and hCG were significantly negatively correlated with fetal IUGR( t =- 0. 543,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: There is a certain relationship between fetal IUGR and serum levels of hCG and PLF,detecting serum levels of hCG and PLF is helpful to auxiliary diagnosis of fetal IUGR.
