摘要
高校作为创新型人才培养的主阵地,在创新型人才培养过程中起着关键作用。国外发达国家正在推行创新实验室模式,目标指向创新模式的转型和创新型人才培养模式的转变。基于创新实验室模式,讨论了创新实验室模式的发展现状、特征以及当前国内高校创新创业教育存在的突出问题,提出了创新实验室模式下高校管理创新型人才的培养方案与战略建议。
Universities and colleges are one of the major places that cultivate innovative talents and play a critical role in the cultivation process. At present, foreign developed countries are popularizing a model of innovation labs, which aims at the transformation of innovation models and the changing of innovative talent cultivation. This paper, on the basis of the innovation lab model, discussed its characteristics and current situation, as well as prominent problems faced by innovation and entrepreneurship educations in universities and colleges, and gave suggestions on innovative management talent cultivation scheme and strategy for universities and colleges.
