中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病32例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:32例肺源性心脏病患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组32例,两组均进行常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用中药辨证论治。结果:治疗组有效率为90.06%,对照组为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of pulmonary heart disease with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 32 cases of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group 32 cases of 30 patients and the treatment group,two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of tra-ditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results:the effective rate of treatment group was 90.06%,73.33% in the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pul-monary heart disease significantly,worthy of promotion.
