如意金黄散外敷联合地特胰岛素治疗糖尿病足32例疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of External Application of Wishful Golden Power combined Insulin Detemir for Treatment of 32 Cases of Diabetic Foot

目的:讨论如意金黄散联合地特胰岛素治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效与影响。方法:选取我院已确诊32例糖尿病足患者并分为A、B两组。A组16例患者使用如意金黄散外敷联合地特胰岛素进行治疗。B组16例患者使用一般药物进行治疗。将治疗总有效率以及治愈时间等指标进行比较。结果:治疗后总有效率显示,A组治疗总有效率100%,显著高于B组56.2%;两组治疗时间比较显示,A组平均治疗时间显著少于B组(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外敷联合地特胰岛素治疗糖尿病足能够减少治疗时间,降低治疗费用。两种药物联合使用能够对糖尿病足病情发展起到控制作用,降低疾病致残率。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect and impact of wishful golden powder combined insulin detemir for treatment of diabetic foot. Method： 32 patients with diagnosed diabetic foot were chosen and divided into A and B group. 16 patients of A group were given external application of wishful golden powder combined insulin detemir for treatment while 16 patients of B group were given common medicine for treatment. Indicators like total effective rate and healing time of the 2 groups were compared. Result： Total effective rate of A group wast 100% obviously higher than B group 56.2%; average healing time of A group was obviously shorter than B group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion： External application of wishful golden powder combined insulin detemir for treatment of diabetic foot can shorten healing time and reduce treatment expense. Combined application of the 2 kinds of drugs can control the progress of the diseases and lower disability rate.
