知识型员工敬业度评价指标体系构建 被引量:4

摘要 在知识经济时代,知识型员工的人力资本价值日益凸显,知识型员工敬业度已经成为衡量企业人力资源管理效能的重要指标。通过对知识型员工敬业度结构及影响因素的分析,提出了员工特征、组织特征、工作特征、员工—组织/工作匹配程度的四维度结构,并以模糊层次分析法为基础构建知识型员工敬业度评价指标体系。研究结果表明,企业可以从薪酬、组织对员工的支持、工作环境和资源、信息反馈等方面的激励来提高知识型员工敬业度,为企业有效提升知识型员工敬业度提供了依据。 In the era of knowledge economy, and the value of human capital of knowledge employees has become increasingly apparent. Knowledge employee engagement has become the important indicators of enterprise human resources management efficiency. This article, through the structure of the knowledge employee engagement and influence factors analysis, put for- ward the four dimensions structure of the employees, organization, work, the degree of employee -organization/job matching, and on the basis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process constructed the evaluation index system of the knowledge employee en- gagement. The research results show that enterprises can improve the knowledge employee engagement from compensation, organizational support for employees, work environment and resources, information feedback, effectively promoting the knowl- edge employee engagement in the enterprise.
