地方高校学科文化建设内容探析

A Probe into the Construction Content of Disciplinary Culture in Local Universities

学科是学术的土壤,是高校各项工作的龙头所在。学科文化是学科建设的灵魂,地方高校要加强学科建设,就必须重视学科文化建设。以陕西部分地方高校为研究对象,采用文献研究与问卷调查的方法,探究出了地方高校文化建设内容的基本内涵。地方高校学科文化建设是一项庞大的系统工程,要以学科物质文化为基石,以制度文化为屋架,以学科行为文化为砖瓦,以学科精神文化为砥柱,系统构思,全面搭建。

As the soil of academic study, discipline is a key to various kinds of affairs in higher education institutions. Disci- plinary culture is the soul of disciplinary construction,therefore, great importance must be attached to it if local universities want to strengthen their disciplinary construction. This paper, taking some local colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as the research object, through the literature research and survey, explored the contents of the cultural construction of basic connotation in local colleges, and found that their disciplinary cultural construction is a very complicated systematic project. The paper suggested that the healthy development of disciplinary culture should rely on systematical design and comprehen- sive construction of the disciplinary material culture and spiritual culture.
