摘要
厘清创新能力的内涵、大学生创新能力培养的制约因素,提出培养策略。运用文献法,分析大学生创新能力培养的制约因素,提出针对性建议。传统教育观念的影响、高等教育培养方式、课程设置和教学方式、学生评价机制、高校教育教学条件是制约大学生创新能力培养的主要因素,高校应通过保障创新教育资金,改革激励机制,加强师资队伍建设,优化课程体系,改革教学方式方法,实行本科生导师制,转变学生学习方式,推行学年论文指导制度,来培养和提高大学生的创新精神和创新能力。
The paper aimed to stress the awareness of the connotation of innovation capability and the constraints of innova- tion capability for college students, and thus put forward the cultivation strategies. It analyzed the constraints of innovation capability for college students and proposed specific recommendations by literature method. The following aspects as tradi- tional education concept, cultivation pattern in higher education, curriculum arrangement and teaching method, student eval- uation mechanism and teaching condition in higher education） are the major elements that constrain the innovation capabili- ty for college students. Accordingly, colleges should cultivate and enhance the innovation spirit and innovation capability for college students by guaranteeing funds for innovation education, reforming incentive mechanism, strengthening the teaching staff, optimizing curriculum system, reforming teaching method, implementing tutorial system for undergraduates, transforming learning students＇ styles and promoting yearly thesis supervision system.
