摘要
在教育生态学的视野下,分别从建立兼职教师培训机制、加强兼职教师动态管理、建立兼职教师审查机制完善人才库、发挥兼职教师特长加强校企合作和建立赏罚分明的激励机制等五方面来探索高校兼职教师的有效管理。
In the view of Educational Ecology, this paper explores the effective management of part-time teachers in universities from five aspects: establish training mechanism, strengthen the dynamic management, establish the examination mechanism to fulfill the talent pool, base on the cooperation of universities and enterprise, establish effective reward and punish mechanism.
