摘要
合作联动范式下教师培训的一体化机制体现的是教研、培训、科研等领域的行为主体为达成既定目标而形成的合力,表现为教研训层次的分层运作、合作共进,教研训体系的多维融合、整体联动,以及教研训平台的载体推动、研训一体。
Cooperated research-training teachers＆#39; development mechanism proves the join forces of realizing teaching, training and research goals set by acting subjects, which presents layered operation, cooperating promotion, multi-dimensional integration, platform-driving training and research-training combined into one.
