摘要
为适应"十二五"教师培训制度改革,充分发挥进修学校"三教合一"的管理优势,对"三教合一"理念下的教师培训项目化推进机制进行了研究。从"三教合一"培训理念的确立、培训项目的系统开发、培训模式的构建实施、培训评价机制的建立等方面进行了阐述。
To adapt to the teachers' training requirement of the 12th Five-year Plan, make the advantage of three-in-one teaching of the teachers' training school, the paper studies the promoting mechanism of teahers' training project from the following aspects: the establishment of the training notion, the systematic development in training projects, the implementation of the project mode and assessment system.
