摘要
以篮球专项理论为基础,通过查阅文献和实践训练对我校女子篮球队组建和训练初期的相关问题进行研究,结合实际情况制定球队的训练措施,以身体素质训练为基础,强化基本技术的发展,进而带动战术水平的提高。
Based on the theoretical research in the field and practical work in the college, the paper studies certain issues in building and training women＆#39;s basketball team, puts forward training methods focusing on physical quality strengthened and techniques reinforced to improve professional skills.
