异地高考政策与沿海地区新型城镇化的耦合机制——以宁波市为例

在土地集约化、经济多元化和社会包容性等新型城镇化目标分析基础上,论述劳动力区域转移、农民工代际变迁、流入地资源约束和流入者结构变化等异地高考的政策基础,揭示出外来务工人员随迁子女就地高考政策实施与沿海城市新型城镇化的耦合机制,具体包括人口结构、交通演变、教育结构和设施配置等四个方面。

Based on the analysis of new urbanization with the characteristics of land intensity, economic diversification and social tolerance, the paper is to elaborate the foundation of the policies concerning migration of the labor, the change of the migrant workers, the limitation of resources of the immigrants, and the change of the formation of the immigrants. Thus, the author puts forward the coupling mechanism between the migrant workers and their accompanying children＆#39;s social melting with the space development of the coastal cities, such as the matching of the educational facilities based on implementation of the policies, the change of the education structure based on employment demand, the change of transportation structure based on population structure.
