摘要
构建有心理安全感的课堂是激发学生学习潜能的重要条件之一。影响学生课堂安全感的主要因素有课业负担、教师教学行为、同伴压力和学生自身的心理弱点等。构建有心理安全感的课堂,教师是核心力量。教师要通过改善自己的课堂教学情感、态度和行为以及评价方法,为学生营造安全和谐的课堂氛围。
Students' sense of security in the classroom is vital to their learning ability. There are several main factors affecting students' sense of security such as learning pressure, teaching behaviors, peer pressure and students' own weaknesses. To create a safe and harmonious classroom atmosphere, teachers should give their students more love and trust, and improve their classroom teaching attitudes and behaviors and use better evaluation methods.
