群众路线视角下的居民安全感调查研究

A Survey and Study of Residents' Sense of Security from the Perspective of Implementation of Mass Line in Public Security Organs

群众路线是公安工作的基本路线和优良传统。居民安全感调查对公安群众路线的执行具有以下几个方面的作用:提高服务型公安机关工作的群众参与度;为公安决策提供资源;有利于公安机关推行全面质量管理,提高群众对公安工作的满意度;有助于公安合理调配资源,加强社会风险防控。基于居民安全感调查的以上作用,公安机关应正确认识居民安全感调查,做好项目规划并正确利用调查结果,使其成为"大走访"的长效机制,进一步发挥其对群众路线执行的推动作用。

Mass line is the basic line and fine tradition in public security work. A survey on residents＇ sense of security is playing the following roles in implementing mass line of public security organs, to improve the public participation of service - oriented public security organs ; to provide resources to public security decisions, to help promote all -round quality management of public security organs to improve people＇ s satisfaction towards public security work; to help public security organs to rationally allocate resources in order to strengthen social risk prevention and control. Based on the above functions of survey on residents＇ sense of security, public security organs should have a correct understanding of survey on residents＇ sense of security and make a rational project planning and correctly use the survey results. As a long, term mechanism of visit, it will further play a role in promoting implementation of mass line.
