基于证素辨证原理的中医诊疗系统质控研究

Study on the quality control of TCM diagnosis and treatment system based on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements

证素辨证是一种"根据证候,辨别证素,组成证名"的新辨证方法。该方法初步尝试中医临床定量诊断,但在临床实践应用过程中还存在一些需要进一步进行质量控制之处。因此,文章提供了一种基于该原理开发的临床智能化中医诊疗系统从症状采集、辨识到推荐干预方案等各阶段进行质量控制的思路,从而提高中医诊疗系统辨识的准确性及适用性。

The differentiation of syndrome elements is a new method for differentiation of syndrome, which bases on the symptoms, differentiating syndrome factors, forming the syndrome name. It tries to carry out TCM quantitative diagnosis, but some problems still exist, which needs further quality control in the process of clinical practice. Therefore, this paper provides an idea of quality control of TCM diagnosis and treatment system on the four diagnostic information collection, diagnosis and intervention program, which can improve the accuracy and applicability ip the TCM diagnosis and treatment system.
