摘要
目的:筛选抑制流感病毒神经氨酸酶的中药材,为临床流感治疗提供参考。方法:以2-(4-methylumbellifery1)-α-D-N-aeetylneuraminie acid(MUNANA)为底物,分别用奥司他韦、各种中药材进行干预,体外观察药物对流感病毒神经氨酸酶的活性影响。结果:在96种中药材中,有25种中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性有促进作用,有71种中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性有抑制作用,其中抑制率在50%以上中药材有19种,特别是五倍子、苏叶、柴胡、白蔹、石榴皮、槟榔、丁香7种中药材的抑制率在80.0%以上。结论:部分中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性抑制效应明显,它们可能在流感治疗中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To screen Chinese herbal medicine in inhibiting influenza virus neuraminidase and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of influenza. Methods: Taking 2-(4-methylumbelliferyl)-α-D-N-aeetylneuraminie acid (MUNANA) as the substrate, then it was intervened with oseltamivir and Chinese herbal medicine, to observe the effect of medicine on the active of influenza virus neuraminidase. Results: 25 out of 96 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines could promote the activity of influenza virus neuraminidase, while others could inhibit the activity of influenza virus neuraminidase. 19 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine could inhibit the activity of influenza virus neuraminidase, with the inhibition ratio as much as over 50 percent. These medicinal herbs including Chinese gall, Perilla leaf, Chinese thorowax root, Ampelopsis japonica, Pomegranate rind, Areca seed, Clove, and the inhibition ratio of the 7 herbs was more than 80%. Conclusion: Parts of Chinese herbal medicine have obvious effect on anti influenza virus, which play an important role in the treatment of influenza.
