Professor WANG Yao-xian's clinical experience in treating chronic kidney disease with ‘Trinity' theory

王耀献教授认为治疗慢性肾脏病的关键在于辨病、辨证和辨症治疗的有机结合,并在此基础上提出了"三位一体论治慢性肾脏病",主要包含辨病治疗、辨证治疗、辨症治疗。在临床中应注重整体观,多方位考虑,准确把握病、证、症三者之间的关系,在不同的疾病或者同一个疾病的不同时期,可有所侧重地使用辨病、辨证或辨症治疗。

Professor WANG Yao-xian considered that the key treatment of chronic kidney disease was the suitable combination of treatment based on disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and symptom differentiation, and pointed out that ＇treating chronic kidney disease with trinity theory＇ based on this foundation. It mainly contained that treatment based on syndrome identification, disease identification and symptom identification. And it should pay attention to Holism, consider comprehensively and accurately grasp the relationship among diseases, syndromes and symptoms in clinical practice. Thetreatment based on syndrome identification, disease identification and symptom identification could be concentrated on the different periods of the same or different diseases.
