刘维教授辨治燥痹眼干症合并眼睑浮肿经验

Professor LIU Wei's experience in treating dry bi dry eye syndrome combined with eyelid edema

干燥综合征属于中医"燥痹"范畴,而燥痹眼干症合并眼睑浮肿目前鲜有文献报道,但在燥痹眼干症的基础上合并眼睑浮肿这一相"对立"症状,临床上并不少见。刘维教授从中医"阴阳"思想以及"整体观念"思想来进行辨证。文章从燥痹眼干症以及眼睑浮肿着手,总结刘维教授从脾辨证燥痹眼干症合并眼睑浮肿的病因病机以及临床辨治经验。

Sjogren＇s syndrome belonged to the category of ＇dry bi＇ of traditional Chinese medicine, but there was few reported literature about dry bi dry eye syndrome combined with eyelid edema at present. The syndrome of eyelid edema based on dry bi dry eye syndrome was not uncommon in the clinical practice. Professor LIU discriminated this disease from the thoughts of ＇yin-yang ming＇ and the ＇holism＇. This paper summarized the etiology and pathogenesis and professor LIU＇s experience in diagnosing and treating dry bi dry eye syndrome combined with eyelid edema from spleen.
