摘要
升降散出自杨栗山《伤寒瘟疫条辨》,治温病"表里三焦大热,其证治不可名状者"。郑启仲老师遵其意、守其方,在临床上广泛应用,取得了良好的临床疗效。文章分别择其治疗猩红热、精神分裂症、习惯性便秘及突发性耳聋4例治验,阐述了郑启仲教授应用升降散的经验,并进行了理论探讨。
In Shanghan Wenyi Tiaobian, YANG Li-shan invented Shengjiang Pulvis, which was used to treat febrile diseases in a state of exterior, interior and triple warmer and beyond description the symptoms and treatment. Complied with the original intention, professor ZHENG Qi-zhong widely applied Shengjiang Pulvis in clinic and obtained a good effect. The cases of scarlatina, schizophrenia, habitual constipation and sudden deafness were chosen for discussing the experience of professor ZHENG Qi-zhong on application of Shengjiang Pulvis.
