脑卒中后失语的语言功能中西医评价方法探讨

Discussion on the function of post-stroke aphasia language evaluation in TCM and western medicine

语言是人类区别于其它动物的高级认知活动之一,失语症作为脑卒中后的主要并发症之一,严重影响了患者的日常社交和生活质量,给家庭和社会带来了沉重负担。目前有多种治疗脑卒中后失语的有效疗法,客观评价失语前后语言功能是证实临床治疗方案有效性的重要途径,中西医分别从不同视角对脑卒中后失语的语言功能障碍程度进行描述和量化。文章基于中医"藏象学说"和"经络辨证",从中医症状学、神经语言学、神经心理学、神经电生理学、神经影像学等方面,多维度总结探讨了语言功能中西医评价方法的现状,为脑卒中后失语的语言功能评价提供思路。

Human language is one of higher cognitive activities which is different from other animals, as one of the major complications after stroke, aphasia affected the daily social and quality of life of patients seriously, and brought a heavy burden to family and society. There are many effective therapies for the treatment of stroke aphasia. Objective evaluation of language function after aphasia is an important way to confirm the validity of clinical treatment program. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine described and quantified the extent of post-stroke aphasia language dysfunction from different perspectives separately. In this paper, based on traditional Chinese medicine ＇viscera doctrine＇ and ＇meridians＇ learn from the aspects of clinical symptoms, neurological linguistics, neuropsychology, neural electrophysiology, neuroimaging, etc, investigated the current situation of Chinese and western medicine evaluation of language function multidimensional, provided ideas for the language function evaluation after stroke aphasia.
