摘要
基于对江苏省M校部分教师科研产出的分析认为:近年来,地方高校科研绩效评价变革呈现重高端成果、重物质奖励、重关键项目、重"校本"评价等特征。这一变革趋势既有效规约和引导了教师的科研行为,也衍生了教师的科研投机现象,致使教师发展出现两极分化的趋势。为推动教师整体的可持续发展,地方高校的科研绩效评价应秉持复杂性的建构思路,实行分类评价和标准化评价,强化过程管理和过程激励。
Based on an analysis of scientific research output of some teachers of M in Jiangsu , the study indicated that:in recent years ,the reform of scientific research performance evaluation in local colleges had the characteristics as emphasis on high-end results ,material rewards ,key projects ,school-based evaluation and so on .This changing trend could not only regulate and guide the research behaviors of teacher , but also derive the teachers ’ scientific speculation ,resulting in the polarization trend of teacher development .To promote the sustainable development of teachers on the whole ,performance evaluation of scientific research in local colleges and universities should uphold the construction thought of complexity , carry out the evaluation of classification and standardization , strengthen process management and motivation .
