摘要
利用有限元方法对大学生方程式(FSC)赛车车架进行静态强度分析以及运动学模态分析,在ANSYS Workbench模块下直接建模进行有限元分析,获得车架在弯曲、制动、转弯等工况下的应力分布情况,以及不同阶数下的车架固有频率和振型,检验车架是否合理,并为车架结构的改进提供理论依据。
The static strength analysis and modal analysis of kinematics are conducted by using the finite element method for the Racing car (FSC) frame. Modeling and finite element analysis are conducted directly under the ANSYS workbench, the stress distribution for the frame in bending, braking, steering, and other working conditions, and the frame of different order natural frequency and vibration mode are got. The frame is tested to see if it's reasonable, and theoretical basis is provided for the improvement of frame structure.
