摘要
从消费者的角度,以逐层推进的方式设定乘用车整车的工程目标。通过试驾竞品车、主观评价、客观数据测量等方法对消费者需求逐层进行量化。同时提出运用QFD方法综合开发车型DNA,利用主观评价建议分值和客户关注度调研数据分析技术方案重要度排行,确定新车型的技术开发方向;通过比较在售车型、竞争车型的综合竞争能力指数,合理规划新车型的技术竞争能力和市场竞争能力,预测新车型综合竞争能力指数。
From the stand of customers, sedan engineering target is set using step-by-step process. Through benchmarking car image riding, benchmarking car appraisal and objective data measurement methods, customer demand is quantified step by step. Also it's put forward to colligate vehicle DNA through QFD method, analyze the attribute improving direction by appraisal target purpose data and customer attention data after comparing the product car and benchmarking car. By comparing the comprehensive competitiveness index of product car and benchmarking car, techniques competitiveness and market competitiveness of new models are planned rationally, and overall competitiveness index of new car is predicted.
