摘要
在传统观念中,垃圾是污染物,然而随着资源的日益匮乏,垃圾已经是一种很有前景的可再生资源。利用垃圾作为燃料进行发电,不但清理了工业生活垃圾,也满足了电量的供应。垃圾发电厂的选址关系到了整个垃圾发电厂的发展,并且可能引起社会问题进而影响发电厂的建设,具有重要的研究意义。在分析垃圾发电厂选址基本理论的基础上建立了垃圾发电厂选址评价的指标体系,并且运用改进的自主决策视角综合评价方法对垃圾发电厂的多个厂址进行了评价,得到了厂址优劣的排序结果。通过实例验证,说明了本文研究方法的可行性。
Garbage power plant siting not only relates to its development,but also influences its construction.This paper first introduces the basic theory of the garbage power plant siting,and establishes the index system for evaluating the site selection of trash power plant.Based on which,the paper gives an evaluation of multiple trash power plant site selection by using improved comprehensive evaluation method with autonomous decision-making,and obtains the location with ranking results.Through the examples,the feasibility of the proposed method in this paper is verified.
