妊娠期糖代谢异常与血糖正常者胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常与血糖正常者胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能之间的关系。方法:选择妊娠期糖尿病产妇40例为观察组,并选择同期就诊的正常血糖者40例为对照组,比较两组不同时间点血糖及两组胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛素分泌指数。结果:观察组空腹血糖、餐后1 h血糖和餐后2 h血糖高于正常,且均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组胰岛素抵抗指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素分泌指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖升高,存在胰岛素分泌指数的显著降低和胰岛素抵抗指数的增高。 Objective:To investigate the resistance and pancreaticβ-cell function of gestational abnormal glucose metabolism and blood sugar normal insulin.Method:40 cases with maternal gestational diabetes as observation group and 40 cases with normal blood sugar at the same period as the control group, then glucose and insulin resistance index and insulin secretion index were compared in the two groups at different time points.Result:The observation group with fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose 1 hour and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were higher than normal and were higher than control group(P〈0.05),insulin resistance index of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05),insulin secretion index was significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Maternal gestational diabetes blood sugar are with insulin secretion index and increase insulin resistance.
