输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与开放手术在输尿管结石治疗中的对比分析

Comparison of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Under Ureteroscope and Open Operation in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

目的:比较输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与开放手术在输尿管结石治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择2011年9月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的输尿管结患者共100例,将其随机均分为碎石术手术组和开放手术组,碎石术手术组通过输尿管镜下进行钬激光碎石术来治疗输尿管结石,开放手术组则运用传统手术方法进行取石,观察两组临床效果。结果:两组患者手术治疗后,碎石术手术组成功率优于开放手术组18%(P<0.05)。同时碎石术手术组手术时间、手术出血量、引流管拔除时间、住院时间均明显优于开放手术组(P<0.05)。碎石术手术组患者无一例发生并发症,而开放手术组11例患者发生并发症。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石临床效果较好,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and open operation in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Method：In our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 100 cases of ureteral calculi,they were divided into lithotripsy operation group and open operation group,lithotripsy operation group was given ureteroscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy.Open operation group was given traditional operation method. The clinical effect of two groups were observed.Result：The two groups of patients after surgical treatment,18% better than the open group success rate of lithotripsy group（P〈0.05）.At the same time for surgical operation time,bleeding volume during operation,drainage tube removal time,hospitalization time were significantly better than open surgery（P〈0.05）.No complications occurred for the patients in operation group and open surgery group,11 cases had complications. Conclusion：The clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi is good and worth of clinical application.
