少见部位骨巨细胞瘤的影像分析

Rare Parts of the Image Analysis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

目的:分析骶骨骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)的三种影像检查方法 (X线、CT以及MRI)的各自表现特点。方法:选取42例该病患者为研究对象,均接受X线、CT以及MRI检查,同时分析其X线平片表现特点,且与手术病理结果做比较。结果:在骶骨骨巨细胞瘤影像检查方面,X线、CT以及MRI各具优缺点,仅运用单一的影像学检查难以很好地诊断肿瘤的实际性质,应综合运用三种不同的影像学检查手段。结论:X线、CT以及MRI能够基于各自角度提示骶骨GCT的相关病理改变,三者的联合应用能够更加有效地显示其影像学特点,为后续的定性以及鉴别工作提供有利条件。

Objective：To analyze the sacral giant cell tumor（GCT） three imaging methods （X-ray,CT and MRI） of their performance characteristics. Method：Forty-two cases of patients with the disease for study,underwent X-rays,CT and MRI,while X-ray analysis of its performance characteristics,and compare the results with surgical pathology.Result：In the sacral giant cell tumor imaging aspects,X-ray,CT and MRI,each with advantages and disadvantages, the use of only a single imaging difficult to diagnose real good nature of the tumor,should be integrated using three different imaging means.Conclusion：X-ray, CT and MRI can be based on their point of view tips related pathology GCT of the sacrum,the combination of the three can be more effectively display its imaging features,providing favorable conditions for subsequent characterization and identification work.
