新时期医学院校大学生基层党建工作的新途径探析

The New Ways of Grass-roots Party Construction Work of Medical University Students in the New Period

医学院校学制长、专业学习压力大、临床实习时间久、实习地点分散,学生党员的教育管理工作有着自身的特殊性。以医学院校学生基层党建工作为例,可从思想上重视、行动上加强、制度上完善、继承中创新,四个方面构建学生基层党建工作的新途径,推进新时期大学生党建工作的科学化水平。

Medical university students have to study longer time than other university students; they face large study pressure, long clinical practice time in scattered internship sites, which add more characteristics to the education and management of student party members. Take the students grass-root party construction work as an example. We can explore some new ways of students party construction work in terms of four aspects： emphasizing thoughts, enhancing action, perfecting system and innovating in heritage, so as to improve the scientific level of college party construction work in the new era.
