基于新媒体时代的高校志愿服务长效机制研究

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of University Volunteer Service in the New Media Era

志愿服务工作对于新时期高校实践育人、思政教育改革、构建和谐社会具有重要意义。新媒体时代,高校志愿服务长效机制的构建需要注重吸收消化国外先进经验,并充分发挥新媒体的巨大优势：利用其传播能力加大宣传教育工作,利用好大数据分析能力完善志愿服务管理制度,并落实激励机制,建立健全志愿服务动态反馈机制。中国石油大学（北京）经过三年的实践,建立了多类型志愿者服务平台和管理制度,探索了一条适合学生发展的长效机制。

Volunteer service work is important for university practical education, ideological and political education reform, constructing harmonious society in the new period. In the new media era, the university volunteer service work needs to focus on absorbing foreign advanced experience, give full play to the great advantage of new media to build the long-term mechanism： make full use of the new media communication capacities to increase publicity and education work, make good use of the big data analysis capabilities to improve the management system volunteer service and implement incentives, establish and improve volunteer service dynamic feedback mechanism. China University of Petroleum （Beijing） has established many types of volunteer service platform and management system, and explored a long-term mechanism for student development after three years of practice.
