摘要
本文主要从救援系统人员组成与分工、培训现状与问题以及培训模式的建立等方面对武警现代卫勤无缝救援系统人员培训情况进行归纳分析,初步探索并明确了救援人员的培训科目、培训重点、培训方法、培训制度建设等内容,对于进一步完善武警部队卫生应急救援培训体系具有一定的参考意义。
This article discussed the personnel training of modern medical seamless rescue system of CAPF （ Chinese People＇ s Armed Police forces） from personnel composition and division, current status and existing problems, and the establishment mode etc. And preliminary analyzed and defined training course, training focus, training methods and training mechanism construction. It had certain reference significance to further improve the armed forces health emergency rescue training system.
