Progress on the Methods of Minimizing Radiation Dose of Patients and Surgeons in Coronary Angiography

冠状动脉造影术中患者和术者都要接受不同程度的X线辐射,据相关文献报道,影响辐射剂量的因素有很多。本文通过回顾影响辐射剂量因素的相关文献及临床试验,对减少冠状动脉造影术中患者和术者辐射剂量方法的研究进展进行综述。

Both patients and surgeons during coronary angiography were known to receive different degree of X-ray radiation exposure, and related literature reviews had reported that various factors can affect radiation dose. Through reviewing the factors that influence radiation dose of related literature and clinical trials, this paper summarized the advances in researches of methods to reduce radiation exposure on patients and surgeons in coronatry angiography.
