火煅醋淬对无名异中砷盐限度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 考察火煅醋淬对无名异中砷盐限度的影响。以10批不同产地无名异药材及其炮制品为样品,用《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅨF砷盐检查法第一法对样品进行砷盐限度测定。10批无名异药材生品及其炮制品中砷的含量均<2 ppm。火煅醋淬后不会增加无名异中的砷盐限度。 Objective:To investigate the influence of calcining and vinegar quenching to the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite. Method: With 10 batches pyrolusite from different districts of China and their processings, the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite were detected according to the appendix IXF volume 1 of 2010 China Pharmaco-poeia. Results:The content of As sault in 10 batches pyrolusite and their processings were both little less than 2 ppm. Conclusion:After calcining and vinegar-quenching,the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite isn't increased.
