火煅醋淬对无名异中砷盐限度的影响

Effects of Calcining and Vinegar-Quenching on the Content Limit of As Sault in Pyrolusite

考察火煅醋淬对无名异中砷盐限度的影响。以10批不同产地无名异药材及其炮制品为样品,用《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅨF砷盐检查法第一法对样品进行砷盐限度测定。10批无名异药材生品及其炮制品中砷的含量均<2 ppm。火煅醋淬后不会增加无名异中的砷盐限度。

Objective：To investigate the influence of calcining and vinegar quenching to the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite. Method： With 10 batches pyrolusite from different districts of China and their processings, the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite were detected according to the appendix IXF volume 1 of 2010 China Pharmaco-poeia. Results：The content of As sault in 10 batches pyrolusite and their processings were both little less than 2 ppm. Conclusion：After calcining and vinegar-quenching,the content limit of As sault in pyrolusite isn＇t increased.
