摘要
分析了临床医学科学学位研究生培养过程中存在的一些问题,从研究平台建设、招生和导师队伍建设、课程安排、科研指导以及质量考核与评价几个方面探讨了培养模式的可能改进途径和方式,并结合暨南大学的实际经验作了介绍。
This paper analyzed the problems in the training process of academic postgraduate majoring in medicine, investigate the potential improvement with the aspect of platform construction, tutor selection, curriculum arrangement, research guidance and quality evaluation. We also introduced the practical experience in Jinan University.
