Summary of Experience in Improving the Teaching Quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology for General Practitioner in Hospitals at Primary Level

全科医师是社区人民健康的守门人,加强以全科医师为重点的基层医疗卫生人才队伍建设,是我国深化医药卫生体制改革的重要组成部分。妇产科学是基层全科医师培训不可缺少的重要学科之一。本文对第四军医大学西京医院妇产科近年来参加陕西省基层全科医师培训工作的经验进行了总结。

General practitioner is the gatekeeper of community people＇s health. We should strengthen the general practitioner as the key point of the construction of medical and health personnel, which is an important part of deepening medical and health system reform in our country. Obstetrics and gynecology is an indispensable one of subjects of general practitioner training in hospitals at primary level. In this paper, we summarized the training experience of the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University for general practitioners in hospitals at primary level in shaanxi province in recent years.
