Medical practice teaching is a very important process . This article puts forward to that strengthening training clinical students of the “Ten Essentials”has very important significance to im-prove the medical ethics and humanities quality of medical students during the internship ,to ensure the quality of medical practice teaching ,to promote medical education to serve the needs of the devel-opment of pharmaceutical and healthcare fields and to train qualified medical personnel .
