通过医院药师培训与考核网络系统的应用使医院药师的培训更便捷、高效,同时最大效能提高药师的专业水平。满足临床上患者安全、有效、经济用药需求,减少药源性疾病和药患纠纷的发生。针对三级甲等综合医院药师日益增长的专业知识培训考核需求,借鉴慕课式教学的优点,设计和开发出医院药师培训考核网络系统。医院药师培训与考核网络系统能高效率、高质量、且操作便捷地进行分级培训和考核,完善药师再教育管理,提升药师专业水平。该系统的应用提高了药师学习的积极性,简化了药师培训考核的程序,使医院药学服务的满意度也得到提升。

The education and examination system for pharmacist were more convenient, efficient, and efficiency, which improve the professional skills of pharmacists. The educated pharmacists met the safe, reasonable, economic use of drugs to reduce the incidence of drug-induced diseases and accidents. With growing professional knowledge in need, hospital pharmacist education assessment systern was designed and developed in the top three hospitals. The hospital pharmacist education assess- ment system was more effectiveness, high quality. The operation is convenient to classify the educa- tion and examination of pharmacists, to improve education management of pharmacists, to enhance professional level of pharmacists. Application of curtain course of hospital pharmacist training and assessment system encouraged the enthusiasm of pharmacists, simplified the procedure of the training program and improved the satisfaction of pharmacy care.
