摘要 PBL教学模式是一种以问题为导向,以学习者为中心,培养学习者自学和创新能力的教学模式。本文结合传染病临床工作的现状,探讨PBL教学模式在传染病住院医师的临床培训过程中的应用,旨在提高培训效果,建立和完善传染病专业住院医师的培训机制,为临床培养合格的传染病医学人才。 Problem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered pedagogy in which students learn about a subject through the experience of problem solving. The goals of PBL are to help the students develop flexible knowledge, effective problem solving skills, self-directed learning, effective collaboration skills and intrinsic motivation. In this paper, we analyze the present situation in clinical practice for infectious diseases and investigate the application of PBL in the training of resident doctor, with an aim of improving training effect and establishing the platform for resident doctor training in clinical practice.
